temperature up to 572ºF. At the touch of a button the temperature
recorder recalls highest and lowest temperature readings over any
time period. Traceable® Mini Thermometers' solid-state construction
eliminate dangers inherent in breakable glass and toxic mercury
thermometers. Stainless-steel probe is impervious to acids, bases,
and solvents.
All Traceable® Thermometers are provided with an individually serial-numbered
Traceable® Certificate indicating instrument traceability to NIST
standards.
