This TPI digital thermometer has a data logging capability: over 10,000 readings with sampling interval from 1 second up to 24 hours. Perform ice bath calibration to achieve ±1°F system accuracy within the 30°F to 120°F temperature range. Calibration is a easy two-step process performed with keypad, no additional tools needed.
